Beer Review Of The Week: Wild Blue

Earlier in the week, I ran across a beer called Wild Blue. My initial assessment was that this beer was a decent novelty beer, something that is cute and tasty once in a while. However, as I dove deeper into the beer, it came across as one of the many tasteless American lagers. When poured, this beer has a very weak head that disappears completely. The beers flavor, while very much blueberry, the actual lager portion has a very weak flavor. I am wondering as I think about the flavor of this beer if it isn’t one of the weaker American beers with blueberry flavor and color added for effect. I really had wanted to like this beer and while I did finish a six-pack of the beer, I would not buy it again.
