This week I am going back to one of the first betterThi beers that I ran across during my college days, Arcadia IPA. This is one of the better IPAs that I have had, it has a very pronounced and distinctive flavor, almost a hoppy/wheat flavor but not quite. I think it is this distinctive flavor that I enjoy the most about Arcadia’s IPA. When the Arcadia is poured it pours with a deep amber color and a nice tight, thick head to it. This IPA would go very well with a trout or bass in a garlic and white wine sauce.
